Journals by Brian are uniquely designed journals to inspire people to write. Journaling is the practice of writing your thoughts, feelings, emotions, and life experiences down to paper. It is a great processing exercise to deal with the trauma we experience in our lives. Journaling is great when you include it as part of talk therapy.
